Barbara Ward

Residential Support Specialist

Barbara has been a long-time volunteer for Family Promise Metrowest as the past Coordinator for St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Framingham. She was also the Sunday van driver for the families for many years and just recently retired from the Administrative Assistant role she held 2022-2024. She enjoyed being in the middle of all the action at the Family Promise Day Center!

Barbara is grateful to remain the live-in Residential Support Specialist and have an integral role in the families’ lives in the Center. She is the proud mother of three grown sons and is so happy to also have in her family two daughters-in-law, two grandsons and three grand dogs! This role is the perfect fit for her life today.

In addition to all things Family Promise, Barbara is also involved as a volunteer at Stearns Farm CSA in Framingham. She loves to camp with her family, practice yoga, hike, and bike.
