Community Partnership is about building relationships and partnerships to facilitate positive change. For Family Promise Metrowest, it is about designing new ways to
use resources to help provide the shelter and support our families need to secure permanent, affordable housing. Below are just a few of the ways that community businesses can assist us in fulfilling our mission.

Volunteer: Encourage their employees to volunteer as individuals or as a group

Donations and Sponsorships: The most basic kind of donation is monetary - yet that sort of donation can take on many forms in a community business partnership. Community Partners can provide monetary support through; one-off donations from the company, employee giving programs, donations to specific programs or projects, participation in Family Promise Metrowest fundraisers or by sponsoring Family Promise Metrowest's annual Walkathon and/or Auction.

Employment and Training Opportunities: Community Partners open their doors to provide employment and training opportunities for prescreened Family Promise Metrowest guests.

In-kind support: Donate goods, services or resources.

Business as collection point: Offer their site as a collection point for supplies needed for the day center.
